Posteando al blog con gnome-blog

pues para empezar a postear sin tener que estar ingresando al wp-admin, cada vez que quiera hacerlo, y lo mejor sin tener que abrir un navegador existen utilidades que te permiten hacerlo en mi caso como usuario de Ubuntu 10.10 tenia que buscar uno que sirva con gnome para ello encontre 2 que no me terminan de convencer pero es lo mejor que por el momento tengo: Gnome-blog y blogtk, ambos se encuentran en los repositorios de ubuntu y para instalarlos basta con escribir
sudo apt-get install gnome-blog
y
sudo apt-get install blogtk
el proceso de configuración es sencillo tanto como escribir la url donde esa alojado el blog, el usuario y el password.
también me tope con un mensaje de esos raros que son como piedras en el zapato :
Could not post blog entry
pero la solución también esta plasmada en el mensaje y es ingresar al la ruta /wp-admin/options-writing.php y ponerle check a la segunda opción de publicación remota: XML-RPC (Activar los protocolos de publicación XML-RPC para WordPress, Movable Type, MetaWeblog y Blogger.)

Gracias por todo su duro trabajo en este blog. Kim realmente disfruta haciendo la investigacion y eh facil entender por que. En total cuenta de lo dinamico que producen trucos practicos a traves del sitio y asi como atraer la participacion de otros en este tema y nuestra princesa siempre es simple aprendizaje de muchas cosas. Am sure you will love to relive the long loadshedding hours (if you have ever gone thru them) … but it is always a good feeling that you know you can use that switch whenever you want to.
Right now we are going thru gruelling long hours of no electricity.
